At europcarguernsey.com we understand that customers want to book in advance to secure the best price, though we appreciate that sometimes your plans may change. Whether it be a holiday date change or a flight time re-schedule you are able to amend your booking at no extra charge up to 48 hours before your pick up date. If you change the vehicle group or amend a travel date from ‘off peak’ to ‘peak’ an alternative cost may apply, this will be advised by one of our reservation team

When you book your car you have also the option to take booking cancellation protection policy for a nominal charge of £2.00 per day. Should you have to cancel your booking for any reason this policy guarantees you a full refund (apart from the cost of the booking cancellation protection)
